Apple Pie Sangria

Ingredients

  • 750 ml Table wine, white

  • 1/2 cup vodka

  • 3 Honey Crisp Apples sliced

  • 1 Pear optional

  • 4 cups Apple Cider, fresh

  • 1/2 cup Caramel Syrup or to taste

  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks

  • Top with a splash of Ginger Ale optional

Instructions

  1. Chop apples into thin slices and add it to a gallon jug with the cinnamon sticks.

  2. Pour wine, apple cider, vodka and caramel over top of apples and stir to combine.

  3. Let sit in refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally, to let the flavors mesh together.

  4. Pour over ice and serve with fruit.

Fall Sangria

Ingredients

  • 1 (750 ml) bottle dry white wine 

  • 1/2 cup pear or apple brandy

  • 1/3 cup cranberry or pomegranate juice

  • 1 cup apple cider

  • 2 Royal Riviera Pears, sliced

  • 2 blood oranges, sliced

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries

  • 1/4 cup candied ginger

  • 3 cinnamon sticks

  • 1-2 (12 ounce) ginger beers

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine all the ingredients except the ginger beer. Stir and then place in the fridge for 6 hours or overnight.

  2. Before serving, add the ginger beer. Fill each glass with ice and pour the sangria over the ice. If desired top with more ginger beer. Drink up!
